    Word (mac) (2004/11.2)

    Im wondering how you A- rearrange pages within a multiple -paged document B- insert pages from another document .. seems simple enough but I cant find how to do it anywhere, Thanks

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    I haven't used Word for the Mac for a long time, but I assume it works more or less the same as the Windows version. Copy and paste or cut and paste is the way to do both. Since you can open multiple documents in Word, you can simply copy a page in one document, switch to the other document, and paste where you want to insert the page.

    But please remember that the "Page" is not really something that Word manages. As you move things around you will find that the document may move page breaks to different places depending on many different factors, including your currently selected printer.

    You can have the same issues with any modern GUI based word processor - it's not restricted to MS products.
