    Double Trouble (Excel 2002/2003)

    Hi

We have a shared spreadsheet on a server and when I click to open, it opens it twice once as version 1 and once a version 2. I can't find any events that are causing this to happen, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

    Regards

There are probably two windows open on the workbook. You open a window by selecting Window | New Window. Try closing one of the windows, then saving the workbook. Do you still get two windows if you close and reopen the workbook?

    Hi Hans

That sounds logical, I am not currently listed in the share of this workbook, but when I am I will test your theory.

    Thanks for the prompt reply.
