always ignore subject line w/ spellchecking email (XP 2003)

Having saved my word doc, I then email it as an attachment. As I ask outlook to spell check before sending emails, it comes up with a 'wrong' spelling of the filename in the subject line, for example "this document.doc" is flagged as the spelling error 'document.doc' and I then must click ignore before the email will send. I have to do this every time. Can I set up the spell check to always ignore the subject line when spell checking emails?

As far as I know, this is not configurable. Sorry.
