Multiple Instances of Outlook (Outlook 2002 SP3)

Hi Each time i double click on an outlook shortcut or outlook.exe another instance of outlook runs (rather then bringing the existing one to front) outlook does not start a separate process just a separate window. Anyone have any ideas on a solution?

    Thanks

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Right-click the shortcut to Outlook and select Properties in the popup menu.
Add /recycle to the target of the shortcut:

    "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice10OUTLOOK.EXE" /recycle

This tells Outlook to bring an existing instance to the front, if available.
