    As John suggests, the simplest and cheapest way is to use a print-to-PDF driver. The advantage of using Adobe's PDFMaker add-in is that internal and external links get converted and remain clickable in your PDF. However, if you don't have Acrobat Standard or Professional, then you won't have the add-in.
