    Header Won't Print (Outlook 2002)

A coworker of mine prints emails and it seems at random certain headers "To, From, Date" will not print from certain emails. He is using HTML for this emails as the default.

I have Office 2003 and have not had this issue at all. Any thoughts?

Does your co-worker have Internet Explorer 7? There were printing problems with the initial release of IE7 and since Outlook uses Internet Explorer for rendering HTML messages, the problem also affected printing e-mails. But there has been an update to IE7 that fixed this.

See The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook Express (also applies to older versions), and see Header information of draft messages is not printed in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 for another possible cause.
