    Show All Data (Excel 2003)

    I have a worksheet with a list. I want to put a button for the viewer to click to show all data if they want to remove any filters.

    You can use a command button from the Forms toolbar and assign a standard macro to it:

    Sub ShowAll()
    With ActiveSheet
    If .FilterMode = True Then
    .ShowAllData
    End If
    End With
    End Sub

    Alternatively, use a command button from the Control Toolbox and call the above macro from the On Click event procedure.
