Now, based the date in J1 how to autocreate the range of dates in H and I if the date in J1 change?
For example if J1=2008

Use formulas like this:

<table border=1><td></td><td align=center>H</td><td align=center>I</td><td align=center>2</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),1,1)</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),4,0)</td><td align=center>3</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),4,1)</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),7,0)</td><td align=center>4</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),7,1)</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),10,0)</td><td align=center>5</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),10,1)</td><td align=right>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),13,0)</td></table>
DATE = DATO
YEAR = ANNO
TODAY = OGGI
