    Custom view (WXpHe2 Off2003)

I am trying to achiev a custom view withing outlook to show a name, email field and lastly a category of client. In the filter advance box we apply a filter based on the category field, Is Exactly Client; then the email field Is not empty. There are two problems when the view is applied: 1 contacts with the category of X-Client still show as do clients without email addresses. Can anybody shed some light on this please?

How exactly do you define the criteria? I created a filter as shown below, and it works as intended: contactw without e-mail address are excluded, and only contacts with category exactly equal to "Client" are included.

Well unfortunately another category call X-Client keeps appearing on PC1. However to preclude this and to get the rule to run properly, on PC2 then: email is not empty and categories doesn't conatin X. Where categories is exactly Client on PC2 the X-Client still appears.

Strange, I can't understand why that happens.
