Searching with Copernic (Outlook 2003, WinXP)

We are a small office using Exchange Server and Outlook 2003, Windows XP SP2. We made a new folder in the Outlook list of folders to hold specific emails everyone needs to review. I created the folders in the Public Folders section of Outlook and then drug copies of the emails into those folders. I did all that from the server. Several people use Copernic for searching, but Copernic will not search those Public Folders in Outlook. Does anyone know of a way tell Copernic to do so? In the options section of Copernic, emails, it shows the folders list of only the individual

I don't think Copernic Desktop Search has that capability, you'd need Coveo Enterprise Search for that (Coveo is the "corporate" branch of Copernic).

Windows Desktop Search claims to be able to that. If you choose to use WDS be sure to use version 3.01.
