firewall software for server 203 web (temporary)

Because of problems with my firewall (don't buy watchguard), I am currently running my server outside of the firewall. So I raised the windows firewal. Unfortunately, Windows built in firewall doesn't correctly handle passive ftp.

So, I'm looking for a software firewall that I could quickly bring up on this machine until such time as I can implement a new firewall.

Just looking for suggestions. Reqs: Gotta run Win2003 Web, gotta accept passive ftp connections.

Thanks. I applied these changes and it seems to work for Internet Explorer, but Filezilla still seems to have issues, and I have to turn off passive mode to get a connection.
