Scrolling text (Office 2003 SP2)

When I click on the scrolling text icon in the web tool bar I get a message that says that this object was created in MARQUEE.
This application is not available to open this object. I am trying to make a web page in word.
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, the Marquee tool cannot be used any more because Microsoft has determined that it is a security risk. See "Application is not available" error messages when you try to insert some Web Tools in Word

There is no supported workaround to enable the functionality to insert the Movie, Sound, or Scrolling Text Web form controls from the Web Tools toolbar in Microsoft Office.

(Word is a lousy web page editor anyway)

Thanks for your help. That was only an exercise in a course on word and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't doing what the book said should be done. Probably the book was written before Microsoft determined that it was a security risk.
again
thanks
