I use Outlook's built-in editor rather than Microsoft Word as my mail editor. The spelling error/suggestion dialog has the usual Add button. Can you use that, or did you want to "pre-load" the dictionary?

If you got Tools / Options...
Under the spelling tab there is section labelled "Edit Custom Dictionary"
If you click on the edit button this brings up a list of all the words that are stored in the custom dictionary for the current user.
or you can edit the text file outside of outlook by going to the following location
Cocuments and Settings*USER*Application DataMicrosoftProofCustom.dic
this file is also used for other OFFICE applications.
