    F-2 to Edit

I just got a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard.

It might be my imagination, but: when I was using the Natural Multimedia Keyboard, and had selected an icon for instance, and then pressed ted "F-2", it would, if I had the F-Lock key down put the cursor into an edit mode to change the title.

The keyboard I have now (Wireless Comfort) doesn't seem to do this.

Aside from the obvious, am I going daft, of doing something wrong to not have this capability?

I assume that you have toggled the F-Lock key to check whether it operates the way you think, or perhaps the other way round?

    Joe:

    6.10.2005.

The only thing I cannot readily account for is that the model on the bottom says: Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 1.0A, and below that it says Model 1045.

I saw nothing in the Intellitype that matches that model info...

    "am I going daft" - Can't answer that one Chuck <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15> <img src=/S/rofl.gif border=0 alt=rofl width=15 height=15> .

But you are correct when you say that the Natural Multimedia Keyboard DID allow you to do this.

When you go to the Microsoft hardware site use the name "Wireless Comfort Keyboard".
