    Add fields in a form (2003)

    Hi all,

    I have an access table called IT and also an access form called IT, and all the fields from the table IT are displayed on the form. I have added 3 more fields on the It table called: wireless, Network Name, Network Keys, when I try to add those fields on the form and select the control source, the fields that I have added on the table are not there.

    Any help much appriciated.

    Check the Record Source of the form in the Data tab of the Properties window. It should simply be the name of the table. If it is an SQL statement beginning with the word SELECT, replace the entire statement with the name of the table (you can select it from the dropdown list).
