    Outlook 2000 (SR-2)

Besides using the Bcc function, is there another way to send an e-mail to more than one person without the others knowing?

I know I read it somewhere online how to do that (ElementK Journals, or TechRepublic) but I can't find the article. Do you have instructions? That would be AWESOME!

the easiest way is to open word, prepare a mail merge and merge it to email.

there are also utilities that can do it totally within oultook

As a caution, when testing the e-mail merge, unplug from the network (to stall the outgoing messages in your outbox) or use only your own address as the recipient. Otherwise, can be a bit embarrassing if it isn't working quite right. <img src=/S/bingo.gif border=0 alt=bingo width=15 height=22>
