All Day Event (OL 2003 SP2)

A user has all day events in every week day of her calendar. She wants to print the calendar for 1 month to a page. Is there a way to not have the all day events print?

Maybe apply a category to the one day events and set up a filter to view all except that category. I've done this on my for private events I don't want to have printed. Then when I print those that you can't see in the view aren't included in the print.

Thanks, Daisy, for your response. However, I tried to do what you said, with my own calendar (I have birthdays as all day events and I have a category for birthdays) and I guess I don't know how to do it. Could you give me step-by-step instructions? It will be so appreciated.

Try this: View | Arrange By | Current | Define | Copy | This Folder (either of the top two buttons) | Filter | Advanced | Field | Frequently Used | All Day Events (make sure that it set to 'equals' 'no', which for me it automatically selects) | Add to List | OK | OK | Apply.

If you want to keep the View, Rename it to something more meaningful via View | Arrange | Current | Define | select the correct View name | Rename, etc, you can switch back to the unfiltered View in the same dialog, and you can delete the View through the same dialog.

That was a good tip from Daisy. <img src=/S/thumbup.gif border=0 alt=thumbup width=15 height=15> I tested it to Print Preview, and my All Days were not shown.
