    Yes/No field (Access 2000)

    In my report i have a control showing either -1 or 0. I would like thecontrol to show the word "turneddown" if the figure is -1 and 0 if the figure is 0.Is it possible ?

    Set the Format property of the text box to

    "TurnedDown";"0"

    Dear Hans

    I thank you for your reply which i applied. I think i have not explained correctly what i need. What i need is the following. In the items 1 and 2 from the report in the attachement, the words TurnedDown should be invisible and in item 3 the word TurnDown should be visible

    Set the Format property to
