    Print Specific Report Page (Access 2003)

    Scenario:

    User brings up a report in Preview mode, but doesn't want to print all 200 pages, but only the specific page he/she or she/he is looking at, e.g. Page 133.

    Has any one ever tried this?

    This would be a handy item, but life will go on if it can't be done.

    Thanks in advance to the genius(es) that can help me with this,

    Interactively, the user can fill in the number of the page to be printed in the From and To boxes in the File | Print... dialog.

    You can write a VBA function to print the current page:

    Public Function PrintCurrentReportPage()
    Dim intPage As Page
    intPage = Screen.ActiveReport.Page
    DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, intPage, intPage
    End Function

    You can assign this function to a custom toolbar button (or to a custom keyboard shortcut, through the AutoKeys macro)
