    Distributing E-Mail Rules (2003)

I need to get a special e-mail rule into everyone's Outlook. Is there a way to do this without having to go to each machine one by one? I would think there is but googling hasn't helped me find an answer.

If you have Exchange Server look at MAPILab - MAPILab Rules for Exchange - Creates and manages server-side rules for processing incoming messages. It is not too expensive and is really flexible. Also, see Content Control Tools for Microsoft Exchange Server for a more comprehensive list of tools.

Is this something I can push out as a registry hack? I have software in place that can push out registry tweaks or new keys/values during login or logoff. So my preference is either through GPO or registry.

You ought to look at the Office 2003 Resource Kit Home - Microsoft Office Online and see if there are tools or GP templates to help.
