    Distribute Updated Front-end (Access 2003)

I can remember reading several years ago about one or more people who had implemented a utility that would be triggered by the startup shortcut for an Access database and it would first check to see if the current front-end was the latest version and if not it would copy the latest one from the server and then complete the startup. Does anyone here know where I could get a utility with that purpose?

    Thanks,
    Bill

I don't know what exactly you mean, but <post:=258,123>post 258,123</post:> by Mark Liquorman has a suggestion, and WendellB has a product called DBLauncher

    John,

Your link led me to two or three different ones that implement the kind of thing I was looking for. I'll review them and see if I can use one.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. <img src=/S/angel.gif border=0 alt=angel width=15 height=21>

Thanks for the links, Hans. They are on the right subject and I think I now have a couple of good possibilities from the other reply I received.
