Copying and Pasting from Word 2003 to Outlook 2003 (XP/Office 2003)

We have a user who is trying to copy and paste from Word to Outlook. The paragraphs they are copying has some tabs in them. When they copy and paste into Outlook, the tabs are removed. This works on everybody's computer except this users.

Could it be that some users are using Word as their email editor and some are not?

In Outlook look at Tools - Options - Mail format and compare whether the check box for Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages is selected.

    Ian,
I checked their settings and they are not using the Word 2003 to edit their emails messages.

Something else that occurs to me is whether they are both using the same format for their emails (HTML or Rich Text)?
