    Finding where . . . (2003)

I have a table with two fields representing values at different dates (e.g. Field1: Item#, Field2: Value1/1, Field3: Value4/1). I'd like to find a where, if at all, these values have changed over the course of time. That is, I need to find where Field2 does not equal Field3 in a table. I'm guessing I should be able to do this simply through a query, but I don't know how. Thanks in advance.

Assuming that Field2 and Field3 are always filled in:
    - Create a query based on the table.
    - Add the fields you need to the query grid.
    - In the column for Field3, enter the following expression in the Criteria line:

    <>[Field2]

If Field1 and/or Field2 could be blank (null), you'd need to do a bit more.
