Backup before save (MS Project 2003)
I want to have an automatic backup of my MSProject file when I save a new version. So I created this code in the "Project_BeforeSave" sub:
FilePath = Filename & DateTime & ".mpp"
Application.EnableEvents = False
Application.EnableEvents = True
Of course I needed to disable the events as the "SaveAs" would fire this sub again. To my surprise, that doesn't work in Project like this (I do this often in Excel but am new to Project).
How do I save a copy of the file (with another name) when I choose to save the original?

Re: Backup before save (MS Project 2003)
I don't have an answer for you (I don't use MS Project), but you should be aware that each Office application is developed by a different team (and the original application may have been developed outside Microsoft), so VBA doesn't work the same way in all of them.
See Application Object for an overview of available properties, methods and events.
