    Is it possible with the above code to include a signature and to be HTML format ?

    Hi Dave,

    You could include a text-only signature in the message string. Signatures defined in Outlook or Outlook Express cannot be used, and neither can you specify the format. If you need that, use Automation to control Outlook from Access.

    If you set a default signature, it should automatically be placed in an e-mail created using Automation.
