Outlook Express (Windows XP)

I work with Windows XP and when I had IE6 I could send Emails through MSN to my daughter who has Windows 98 and now that I have IE7 she doesn't get my emails.

Would anyone know why this is happening?

Re: Outlook Express (Windows XP)

Can someone help me please with this problem. My daughter receives emails from the rest of her friends and sister but not mine. I told her to delete me as a contact in her Hotmail and MSN Messenger and re-enter my address, she says that she cannot even delete me as a contact. What could be the problem there? Hope to hear from someone I am stumped!

1) If you send e-mails to other people, do they receive them?

2) Do you get a notice that mail to your daughter couldn't be delivered?

Yes my other contacts get my emails, I never get a notice that my daughter did not get my email and if I look in my Sent, my emails have gone.

Since the e-mails get sent, and since others receive them OK, the problem doesn't appear to be on your side. your daughter should contact her ISP to ask if they have been stopping e-mails sent to her.
As an interim measure, you could try sending mail to your daughter through a web mail account, such as Hotmail or Gmail. (If you would like to have a Gmail account, send me a PM with your e-mail address, I'll send you an invitation for Gmail).

Thanks Hank. I already tried through Hotmail and I also think its her provider Telus blocking. She just informed me that she is going to switch to Shaw in the near future and I hope this will all be behind us.
