    Form (Word 2000)

I've created a form, which was surprisingly simple but my Director would rather not see the text boxes in gray. I guess it isn't so much that she doesn't want to see them before the data is entered in gray but it's after the text has been entered that it makes it hard to read. Although it does not print out in gray she is concerned because the people that she will be passing the form on to probably won't be printing it out.

Do you mean a document with form fields from the Forms toolbar? If so:
    - Open the document.
    - Activate the Forms toolbar.
    - The 'Shading' button will be on, click it to turn it off.
    - Save the document.
The setting will be stored with the document.
