Dividing the Assets

A man was killed in a horrific accident while traveling to work one morning. His wife was pregnant. Fortunately a will had been prepared. The will stipulated that if the wife gave birth to a son, then the estate would be divided as follows: two-thirds to the son, one third to the wife. If the wife gave birth to a daughter, the will stipulated the following division of the estate: Daughter gets one-fourth and the wife gets three-fourths.

Remarkably, six months after the accident, the wife gave birth to twins, a son and a daughter. How should the estate be divided so that the proportions in the will are properly considered?

Son: 60%
Daughter: 10%

Where did this take place?
