Missing message header (Outlook XP Dutch)

Good afternoon,

I have a strange 'problem' with Outlook at one of our users' workstation.
I'll try to describe it as clear as possible:

When he prints a message his header information (to: and from: ) has disappeared.

His settings in Outlook are as follows:
- in the options WordEditor is off
- in the pagesettings footer/header is clear
- in the options the messagesettings is in HTML

What are we doing wrong not to see the header anymore?
