    Re: Move a subform id (2k / 2003)

    The line

    Me!tbltestr2.Form.Bookmark = Me.RecordsetClone.Bookmark

    should be

    Me!tbltestr2.Form.Bookmark = Me!tbltestr2.Form.RecordsetClone.Bookmark

    Make sure that you use the name of the subform as a control on the main form. This is not necessarily the same as the name of the subform in the database window. You can see the control name by opening the main form in design view and clicking once on the subform. The control name will be displayed in the Properties window.

    The Master/Child links keep the main form and the subform in sych.

    Surely if you position the main form it's associated subform records will appear.

    Move a subform id (2k / 2003)

    To move a record on a subform, using a clickable number from a list box.

    For a main form.

    Me.RecordsetClone.Findfirst "[MainPrimaryKeyField] = " & Me![ComboOrListboxName]
    Me.Bookmark = Me.RecordSetClone.Bookmark

    For a subform.

    Me!SubFormName.Form.RecordsetClone.FindFirst "[SubPrimaryKeyField] = " & xyrecord
    Me!SubFormName.Form.Bookmark = Me!SubFormName.Form.RecordsetClone.Bookmark
