Printing Macro Problem (VBA - Word 2003)

    Hi,

Ive got a vba macro that happily prints to one printer ensuring the first page is on letter headed paper and the other pages on plain. It then prints a second copy of the documents all on plain paper as a file copy.

For some reason it doesnt seem to want to work on another printer ?? Both are the same make, HP, the printer that works is a 4200 and the one that doesnt is a 4345 model.

The paper trays are - headed in tray 2 and plain in tray 3. This is the same for both printers.

The code is attached for your reference and any help will be grately appreciated.

    Cheers.

Try recording a macro of printing to the "problem" printer, and note which tray numbers are used in the recorded macro. I have often noticed printers using non-standard tray numbers.
