    Printing Extra Pages (Access 2002)

When I print my report, there's a blank page between the pages that contains data. So for example instead of printing page 1 & 2. I'm printing out 4 pages. page 1, blank, page 2 . How do I correct this to print only pages that contain data. Thanks a bunch! <img src=/S/bananas.gif border=0 alt=bananas width=33 height=35> - Coco

Perhaps the report is slightly too wide. Try this first:
    - Open the report in design view.
    - Position the mouse pointer over the right edge of the report - the mouse pointer should change to a vertical bar with arrows pointing left and right.
    - Click and drag a good way to the left.
    - Preview the report to see if the blank pages have disappeared.

If this didn't help, try decreasing the left and right margins of the report slightly in the Margins tab of File | Page Setup.

To fix the issue - I found the solution in "Column Size" - Width. Page Setup -> Columns "Tab" - Column Size -> Width: was set to "9" I changed it to "8" and that worked!
