Source data for Pivot tables/charts (Excel 2003)

I've been working with a workbook that involves numerous paired Pivot tables & charts. However, when building the workbook to begin with, unfortunately I did not choose the option of basing each new chart/report on the same source data as the first one. (Yes, silly me.) So now I've got a file that is 58.5 MB. I could start again and rebuild each chart/table, but there is alot of formatting involved. So, I am wondering if at this late point there is some way to go back and base all but the first chart/table on same source data so as to reduce file size?

I don't know how hard that is to do, I'd have to check.

Be aware, that by basing all on the same source, the PT's get interlinked regarding certain changes you do to them. E.g. if you change a field's name in one of them, all the ones that are based on the same source will change with it IIRC.
