Mail merge with empty fields (2007)

I am using mail merge to create a form letter to graduates using a query from Access, merging fields [FullName], [FirstName] and [SchoolName].
The letter reads something like, "Congratulations to [FullName] on graduating from [SchoolName]."
However, some of the school names are missing in the database, so for those, it comes out "Congratulations to [FullName] on graduating from ."

So, for those we would like it simply to say, "Congratulations to [FullName] on graduating." Is there a way to accomplish this, other than editing each letter with the school name missing manually?
