Outlook Open Twice (Outlook 2003 SP2)

Is it possible to have 2 instances of Outlook open at the same time for two different people ... like me & my wife ? I want to keep her contacts, etc. seperate form mine. Thanks for any suggestions.

No, Outlook uses only a single profile during a session, even if you open multiple instances. You have to quit and restart Outlook to switch to a different profile.
If you really want to have two profiles active a the same time, perhaps one of you could use a different e-mail program such as Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird.

You can have multiple accounts set up each with its own data file. That would separate all information. The only thing you have to be careful about is the 'from' address on new e-mails. It defaults to the primary account in the profile.

This would probably work for my purposes. Could you tell me how to set up an additional account ? Thanks for the help !!!
