    database desing (2003)

Hi All, I am designing a database to keep track of our research projects. I have a study table, a subject table, and 8 questionnaire tables. I am trying to design a from which will enable the user to select a particular study, which will then display all the subjects in the chosen study. This I can do as a from / sub-form (sub-form as continous layout). Where I really get stuck is trying to then show which questionnaires each subject has completed. I want to keep the subject sub-form in the continous layout. Access won't allow a sub-sub-form on a continous form....is that right? Also, do i need to bring the 8 questionnaires together in a query somehow? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks muchly, Van
