    Tranfer data according to status con: (Excel 2002/2004)

    Hi

    Please see attached Rory kindly supplied me these array formulas, I have been trying to extend them with no success.

    You cannot simply add a formula in a single cell. If you want to extend the array formula from L11:L13 (3 cells) to L11:L14 (4 cells), do the following:

    - Select L11:L14
    - Click in the formula bar.
    - Change both instances of $1:$3 to $1:$4.
    - Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to confirm the array formula.

    It is essential that you select L11:L14 when you do this, not just L14. If you wanted to extend the formula to 5 rows, you'd have to select L11:L15 and use $1:$5, etc.
