I appear to be getting an error message when l am tying to define an autotext (see attachment).
What l would like to do is to put in these words as autotext, but it is not working:

You probably do not want to use field codes in email. Can you insert the AutoText by typing its code and pressing F3? If not, are you sure it is defined in the Insert>AutoText dialog?
I insterted AutoText by typing its code and pressing F3, it works fine now, thanks for that.
