    Sheet tabs (EXCEL 2007)

Does anybody know how to hide and unhide the sheet tabs in 2007? I have some "legacy" workbooks with hidden tabs and I cannot improve them until I can get to the hidden sheets!

If it makes any difference I am in compatibility mode.

    Thanks, all.

Click the office buton, then select Excel Options. Click the advanced tab and scroll down to "Workbook options". There you can find a checkbox for sheet tabs.

Thanks, Jan. So good of Microoft to turn using Excel into a hunt for buried treasure, isn't it?

Well, if things didn't change you would not be very happy either! Try to imagine still using Excel 1.0 to do what you do with it today. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

There is a tool you can download from the MSFT site which tells you what went where. Also, Ron de Bruin has some info on that on his Excel pages.
