    Lost 'Title Bars' (2003)

I double clicked the "Title Bar" and now they are gone.
    I can NOT remember <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15> how to get the back?

    This is driving me <img src=/S/bananas.gif border=0 alt=bananas width=33 height=35>

Which title bar? Of the Word application? Perhaps you're in Full Screen mode. Does pressing Esc get you out of it? Or does the menu bar pop up if you move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen - if so, select View | Full Screen to turn it off.

Or do you mean another title bar?

When one has a Word document open, each document will have a "Blue" bar at the top, with the tile in it.
When I double clicked the blue bar it disappeared and is now a <img src=/w3timages/censored.gif alt=censored border=0> to switch between documents.

Esc does not work and it is not in the full view.

In the attachment there "should" be a blue bar between the "Tool bars" and the Ruler of the open document.

Found it, all I needed to do was "Restore Window" by clicking the icon to the left of the "Close Document (X)" icon in the upper right corner.

OK, you have maximized the document window within Word. This must mean that you have turned off "Windows in Taskbar" in Tools | Options...

In the upper right corner of the Word window, you'll see the minimize, maximize/restore and close buttons for Word as an application.
Below those, you'll see smaller versions, these operate on the document. Click the restore button for the document to see its title bar again.

Note: you can switch between open documents using Ctrl+F6 (activate next doc) and Shift+Ctrl+F6 (activate previous doc), and of course using the Window menu in Word.
