Moving Files to another computer.. (Office 2003 SBw/M)

I am having a devil of a time getting my Outlook files and settings moved to the new computer.
I have spent all day trying to do it with little success!
I have managed t get the e-mails moved but not the calander, addressbook, task manager, or the other stuff to include the rules for the e-mail......

I tried to copy and open the .PST file but I get an error message doing that......

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

    Thanks,

    Cap'n Gordie

What is the error message you get when you try to open the copied .pst file?

It tells me there is a script that is new?

    Strange...

I also notice that there is not a save as feature on the drop down of the old machine.....

I'm sorry, this is all a bit vague. What is the exact text of the error message?

Outlook doesn't have a Save As menu option for .pst files. If you want to transfer everything in one go, copying the .pst file to the other computer - as you have done - should do the trick. If you want to save the contents of a folder (and its subfolders), use File | Import and Export..., then select Export to a file.
