Package for CD Missing (2003 SP2)

The Package for CD command is missing from the file menu. I have closed and opened several different files, run Detect and Repair, all to to no avail. Searching Help suggests that I may need to open the File menu fully by clicking the chevrons at the bottom. Wish it were that simple! <img src=/S/smash.gif border=0 alt=smash width=30 height=26> Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    Try this:
    - Select Tools | Customize...
    - Activate the Toolbars tab.
    - Select Menu Bar in the list of toolbars.
    - Click Reset... and confirm.
    - Click Close.
Does the File menu have a "Package for CD" item now?

No luck! I tried to locate it as a command, as in adding it to a toolbar, but couldn't locate it anywhere, either.

I ended up doing a re-install of the software, checking the box for advanced customization of options. It was showing that Package for CD was not installed, so I added it and not it works again. No idea why it was no longer installed, but it's fixed now! Thank you!

Great - that would have been my next suggestion.
