    VBA Function Trouble (Access 2003)

Attached is a file that contains a VBA Function generously created by HANS. The problem is that when more data was added to tblRelations I began to have the error message "cannot open anymore tables".
By example Parent 4704 and Child 1032 should generate a 100% percentage rather than the above error message

Can anyone suggest a way around the above problem.

    Regards,

You've got a circular relationship: ID 57 (entity 2405) owns part of ID 58 (entity 2410) and ID 58 owns part of ID 57, so the code gets stuck in a vicious circle.

Similarly, IDs 126 and 127 also own each other partly.

    HANS:

You did warn to avoid circulars, looks like to other software failed to catch these. I will use Excel to do some data cleaning and start again.
