    Time staggering a macro for data animation? (Excel 2002)

    I need help with a basic Excel animation (process simulating) macro. What I've recorded (attached) works but is way too fast -- just click the button to see what I mean. Is there a way to edit this macro so there is a pause of, say, X seconds between specified commands?

    The following line will stop macro execution for 1 second:

    <code>
    Application.Wait TimeSerial(Hour(Now()), Minute(Now()), Second(Now()) + 1)
    </code>
