Good morning all,
I am having an extremely difficult time importing the attached worksheet into Access. I have renamed and reformatted all cells, but to no avail. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

I converted the spreadsheet to .txt, tab delimited and was able to import. Hope this helps someone else.
There appears to be something wrong with the header row. I renamed each of the column headings, then saved it and it imported fine into Access 2k and 2003.
Cell E1 had a space before the word Status that was causing the import issue.
Thanks to both of you for your replies. I knew something was awry but couldn't see the forest for the trees. Probably explains why the .txt imported. Thanks again.
