    macro -print macro definiton (2003)

    hello,
I have a friend who has designed a simple macro to print reports. The macro starts open rpt, print out then close and does this about 7 times in a row for 7 reports. When executing, a message pops up saying print macro definition and has some options that appears. What is happening? Should this be done in code?

I generally prefer using VBA above macros. It's certainly worth a try - your friend can use File | Save As to convert the macro to VBA code.
