    TOC in MS Word (2003)

Can anyone help me to add hyperlinks (or bookmarks?) to my TOC without having to click on every line? I would like the reader of the doc to be able to click on the topic in the TOC and be taken to that area within the document. I've included the document here. Any help is very appreciated!

Your TOC already contains hyperlinks to each item. But the default in recent versions of Word is that the user has to Ctrl+click on a hyperlink to follow it. This can be changed to just a click, but that is a user-level setting, not a document-level setting ("Use CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink" in the Edit tab of Tools | Options...)
