Opening jpg files (Outlook 2003 SP2)

My wife had Adobe Photoshop Elements Starter Edition 3 on her computer and it was the default application to open jpg files attached to an e-mail. She has now installed Adope Photoshop Elements 3 and I would like to know how to change it (Outlook) so that this is the default application that opens attached jpg files. Any insight that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You posted this in the Outlook Express forum, not in the Outlook forum. But I don't think it matters, because as far as I know, this is not an Outlook or Outlook Express setting, but a Windows setting. Try changing the application associated with the .jpg extension in the File Types tab of Tools | Folder Options in Windows Explorer.

That does it. Thanks, Hans. I would never have known to go there.
