    userform disappear... (2000 sr -1)

    in this event i close Excel and maintain a userform active in front...
    But if i click in a part of screen this useform disappear...
    If i want to show this i can show only if i press (tipical) Alt+TAb and select from task...
    is possible to iconize or other way to no disappear the userform?

    Have you set the ShowModal property of the userform to False? Or do you open it using

    FormName.Show False

    Either of those would cause the form to be modeless.

    no set the userform with ShowModal ...
    Where i set?
    In initialize in activate, or????
    and assuming my userform called MENU.

    Activate the Visual Basic Editor.
    Activate the window in which you design the userform.
    Click in an empty part of the userform.
    The Properties window lists properties of the userform such as (Name), BackColor, BorderColor etc. Further down is the ShowModal property. It should be set to True, as in the screenshot below.

    If you hide the application window, then clicking outside the userform is the same as clicking outside the application window - i.e. it will activate whatever application (or the desktop) you click on.
