    Changing Setup (Outlook 2003)

When I change things like the Signatures on the Mail Format tab of the Options dialog in Outlook, Where are these changes stored?
    Is it the Outlook.ost file?

    Can this file be shared?

Outlook signatures are stored locally, in the folder

    Cocuments and Settings<username>Application DataMicrosoftSignatures

There will be .txt, .rtf and .htm versions (for plain text, rich text and HTML e-mails, respectively)

Note: Application Data is a hidden folder, so you must display hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer if you want to see the folder.

    Perfect.
This saves a lot of time trying to duplicate the signatures.

    Thanks
